About the role

As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

• Customer Service – delivering an exceptional customer experience by helping customers find products and complete their purchase at the till
• Brand Bra Experience – providing a brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on sizing and style
• Visual Merchandising – owning the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers find what they need and suggesting items they may not yet know they want
• Store Standards – maintaining front and back‑store standards, managing deliveries, replenishing stock, supporting loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures
