An opportunity has arisen for a Part/Newly Qualified Accountant based in Craigavon. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organisation and benefit from full training, mentoring as well as exposure to a broad range of responsibilities within a vibrant finance team. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to make their first step into industry. This role is available with a 12-15 month fixed term contract (full time). This role is office based in Craigavon.

Main Duties and Responsibilitieswill include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with preparation of monthly management accounts
- Coding and posting journals, such as accruals and prepayments
- Completion of a wide range of P&L and BS reconciliations, including variance analysis
- Support VAT return preparation
- Assisting with audit preparation and year-end processes
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and company procedures
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required
Essential Criteria:
- Part Qualified or Qualified Accountant
- G.C.S.E. Mathematics and English at grade C or above
- Proficient in MS Office
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
Desirable Criteria:
- 2+ Years experience in a similar role
- Experience using manufacturing/ERP systems
