Key Responsibilitie
- sDevelop and maintain strong relationships with supporters, volunteers, and community stakeholders
- .Inspire, recruit, and support volunteers, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to succeed
- .Deliver regional income, engagement, and performance targets
- .Collaborate with colleagues across fundraising, partnerships, marketing, events, visitor experiences, and retail operations
- .Identify opportunities to grow supporter engagement and improve volunteer experiences
- .Support community events, campaigns, and local initiatives
- .Manage resources effectively, ensuring activities are delivered within agreed budgets and timescales
- .Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and collaboration
- .Act as an ambassador for the organisation within the community
As a Community Manager, you will work closely with supporters, volunteers, donors, and local communities to create positive experiences that encourage long-term involvement and advocacy. You will lead volunteer engagement, support fundraising initiatives, and help ensure regional goals are achieved through collaboration, innovation, and excellent relationship management
