We’re working with a key client in Bristol who is looking to hire an Associate Director to strengthen their Corporate Finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a visible, impactful role within a thriving team that is continuing to grow and win exciting deals.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and supporting end-to-end M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side)
• Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the deal lifecycle
• Driving valuations, financial modelling, and negotiations
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team growth

• Proven experience delivering full-cycle M&A transactions
• Strong corporate finance and deal execution background
• Commercial mindset with excellent client-facing skills
