We are supporting a confidential search for a Plant Director within a complex manufacturing environment.
This is a significant leadership opportunity with full responsibility for a major manufacturing operation, leading a large multi-disciplinary team through a layer of senior operational leadership. You will be responsible for operational performance, strategic delivery, customer satisfaction, profitability, continuous improvement and the long-term development of the site.
We are keen to speak with individuals who have led large-scale manufacturing operations within complex heavy manufacturing environments. Experience of alloy-based manufacturing processes is essential, alongside a proven track record of leading through senior operational teams, driving cultural change, operational excellence and business performance.
This is a highly visible role with substantial influence across the wider business and a clear mandate to shape the future direction of the operation.
