GKR International has partnered with a leading developer who’s looking to hire an experienced Senior New Homes Consultant into their expanding team in Aberdeen.
Ideally, you will have relevant property experience in the Aberdeen market in a customer facing role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales journey from enquiry to completion, delivering a high-quality customer experience
- Achieve sales targets while maximising conversion rates and revenue across developments
- Work closely with senior management to shape a high performing sales culture
- Support new site launches, including input on pricing, presentation, and marketing approach
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in new homes sales or property sales (essential)
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the housing market
- Experience working with senior stakeholders or contributing to business strategy
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
While weekend work will be required, our client will be offering you a competitive salary and OTE.
