Role Description
The Room Service Supervisor at L’oscar London is responsible for overseeing daily room service operations, ensuring the timely and seamless delivery of food, beverages, amenities, and minibar services to guests. The role includes managing and training the room service team, coordinating with the kitchen to ensure service efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. It also involves handling guest requests, managing inventory, coordinating shift catering duties, and ensuring full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards to deliver an exceptional luxury hospitality experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and managing daily operations
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and Food Service to ensure quality and timeliness of orders
- Experience in Food & Beverage operations and understanding industry standards
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with guests, staff, and management
- Attention to detail, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role in luxury hospitality is highly desirable
- Professional certification or training in hospitality management or a related field is beneficial
