We represent premium solar energy and battery storage solutions, prioritising direct, face-to-face consultations to help homeowners significantly reduce their energy costs. Due to a massive surge in demand across Sussex, we are looking for experienced sales closers to join our team.

The Opportunity

This position is designed specifically for established, self-motivated sales professionals who prefer to back themselves rather than be capped by a basic salary ceiling. With our highly competitive, uncapped commission structure, we provide a platform where you can significantly out-earn traditional salaried positions.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Conducting face-to-face consultations with residential property owners across the Sussex region.
  • Assessing properties and energy bills to determine suitability for solar PV and battery storage systems.
  • Presenting bespoke design packages and clear financial benefits to customers.
  • Managing your own end-to-end sales cycle, from initial engagement through to closing the deal.
  • Generating local referrals to maximise your territory coverage and pipeline.

What We Need From You

This is not an entry-level role. To maintain our high standards of customer care and conversion, we require:

  • Industry Experience: At least 6 months of direct sales experience in the renewable energy sector or related home improvements (e.g., double glazing, insulation, roofing, or boilers).
  • Proven Closer: A demonstrable history of hitting and exceeding direct, face-to-face sales targets.
  • Self-Motivation: The discipline to manage your own diary, appointments, and pipeline effectively without micromanagement.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a professional image and a customer-first approach.
  • Transport: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for travelling to appointments.
