JWR is delighted to be working with a successful and expanding hospitality group to recruit an experienced Head of Sales.

This is a newly created senior leadership position offering the opportunity to shape and drive the commercial strategy across a portfolio of high-performing hospitality businesses.

Initially offered on a fixed-term contract of up to 18 months, there is strong potential for the role to become permanent. We are seeking a commercially driven hospitality sales leader with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth, leading high-performing teams, and operating at both strategic and operational levels.

leAs Head of Sales, you will take responsibility for driving total revenue performance across a diverse hospitality portfolio, with a primary focus on rooms revenue while also maximising opportunities across meetings, events, spa and ancillary income stream
