The Role

Responsibilities may include:

• Site measurement, take-offs, valuations, and cost analysis
• Managing change control and programme adjustments
• Preparing applications for payment and supporting final account settlements
• Assisting with dispute resolution and commercial negotiations
• Material quantification and scheduling
• Attending progress, commercial, and account meetings
• Managing contractor and supply chain documentation requirements
• Supporting the commercial management of major civil engineering and infrastructure projects

What We’re Looking For

• Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyors welcome to apply
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within a Quantity Surveying role in the UK civil engineering sector
• Full UK driving licence
