Conveyancer/Solicitor (4 PQE+) | £55k-£75k | Harrow, North London | Hybrid
A fantastic national firm with multiple office across England, are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join their office in North London (Harrow).
The firm is well known for their work in the property sector and have a strong team of solicitors, paralegals, legal secretaries and other support staff to work alongside you, offering excellent peer and administrative support within the role.
What we are looking for
- We are looking for a experienced conveyancer
- You will need strong experience in the full range of conveyancing/Residential Property matters, ideally including sales, purchases, remortgages as well as shared ownership leases, variation of leases, new build purchases, and help to buy
- Preferably 4 years PQE+. Solicitor, ILEX or CLC. but all levels of experience will be considered
- Confidence in being able to handle a busy caseload of files and able to hit the ground running
