£30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (£36,000 OTE)
£400 Monthly Car Allowance
We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Field Sales Executive to join a growing telecoms and technology sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated B2B sales professional who enjoys winning new business, building strong client relationships, and earning uncapped commission.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Building and managing a pipeline of SME customers.
- Meeting business owners and decision-makers to understand their requirements.
- Presenting tailored telecoms, connectivity, mobile, voice, cloud, and IoT solutions.
- Preparing proposals and quotations.
- Negotiating and closing deals to achieve and exceed targets.
- Managing opportunities through the CRM system.
- Developing long-term customer relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience.
- Experience selling telecoms, connectivity, mobile, cloud, or related technology solutions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to new business development.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
