An established luxury brand is seeking an Ecommerce CRM Executive to support the growth of its digital customer experience and online performance.

This role is based four days per week in the office in London and one day from home. This role reports into the Head of Ecommerce, offering a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience.

The position focuses on managing and optimising the ecommerce CRM ecosystem, with responsibility for email marketing, customer segmentation, and lifecycle communications.

You will plan and execute campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal activity, and wider commercial objectives. The role involves designing and improving automated customer journeys, including onboarding, retention, and re-engagement flows.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ecommerce or CRM, with strong knowledge of email platforms, data analysis, and customer lifecycle strategies. The business uses Klaviyo.
