You’ll find the same trusted teams, the same high standards, and the same passion for creating work that makes a real difference to patients and healthcare professionals – alongside new possibilities to grow, innovate, and shape what’s next.OLIXIR is built for the future of healthcare communications – and this is just the beginning.Job ResponsibilitiesKnowledge/ExpertiseDevelop compelling promotional copy that meets the client brief and is scientifically accurateDevelop an understanding of relevant therapy areas, media formats and marketing techniquesEstablish yourself internally as a medical copy expertWrite clearly and concisely, adhering to relevant style guidesAcute attention to detail, with an emphasis on consistency and continuityEnsure content is compliant to the ABPI code of practice or relevant regulatory requirements, and is backed up by the necessary researchProficient using Veeva, FUSE and ProofStrategic Skills/ToolsAbility to analyze complex scientific and clinical information to provide a clear, succinct summary targeted at the relevant audienceProduce high-quality medical copy for a range of channels including sales aids, websites, videos and animations, leave pieces, and patient information materialsParticipate in proprietary workshopsWell organized and able to manage multiple workstreams ensuring deadlines are metClient RelationshipsActively participate in briefing sessions and client meetings where requiredEstablish rapport with client medical teams to ensure accuracy of client materialsBusiness DevelopmentStrengthen understanding of the pitch process and support medical research and copy development for new business pitches with supervision, when requiredLook for ways to add value to the accounts you work on, be able to pitch these internally and contribute to pitching them to clientsDisability ConfidentAs an employer committed to accessibility and disability inclusion, we strive to develop a diverse workforce that provides us with a wider range of skills and experience.
