BIM Manager
Location: Hybrid Working – 3 Days per Week in the London Office
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 per annum

wWe are seeking an experienced and proactive BIM Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of prestigious high-end residential and commercial projects, ensuring BIM standards, processes, and technology are implemented effectively across the project lifecycle
.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading BIM strategy, managing project BIM execution, and supporting project teams to maximise the benefits of digital design and construction methodologies
.Key Responsibilitie
- sDevelop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across multiple projects
- .Lead BIM coordination activities throughout project delivery
- .Manage and oversee BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and ensure compliance with project requirements
- .Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and facilitate clash detection reviews
- .Provide technical BIM support and guidance to project teams
- .Ensure models meet client, industry, and regulatory standards
- .Monitor model quality, data integrity, and information management processes
- .Support the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- .Deliver BIM training and mentoring to internal team members where required
- .Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders on BIM-related matters
- .Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry standards, and digital delivery methodologies
.Skills & Experienc
- eProven experience as a BIM Manager, Senior BIM Coordinator, or similar role
- .Strong background working on high-end residential and/or commercial construction projects
- .Excellent understanding of BIM standards, including ISO 19650
- .Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
- .Experience managing BIM processes across multidisciplinary project teams
- .Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- .Ability to lead and influence teams while maintaining attention to detail
- .Experience of Common Data Environments (CDEs) and digital information management systems
- .Knowledge of construction and design processes from concept through to delivery
