Relationship Insights Manager | Retail Banking & Market Insight
I’m working with a well established business that supports many of the UK’s leading banks, building societies and fintech organisations.
We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to join a specialist team focused on retail banking market intelligence and benchmarking.This role is between commercial account management, market insight and data driven decision making.
You’ll be working with senior stakeholders across financial services, helping them understand market performance, identify trends and make informed commercial decisions across areas such as savings, mortgages, current accounts and personal loans.
Key responsibilities:
• Managing and growing relationships with existing customers
• Supporting contract renewals and identifying additional revenue opportunities
• Delivering presentations, workshops and webinars to senior stakeholders
• Developing and sharing market insights and industry trends
• Working closely with data and analytics teams to answer client questions
• Building trusted relationships across a range of banking and financial services organisations
Suitable backgrounds include:
