Apply for the Digital Analytics Manager
Location: London
Job Description:

Futureheads have partnered with a global, mission-driven education organisation to find a Marketing Analytics Manager based in London. With a presence spanning continents and a purpose that genuinely matters — connecting talented people with the world’s best business schools — this is an organisation where your work has real reach and real impact.

This is a brilliant role for a data-driven marketer who’s equally comfortable in the weeds of tag management and presenting insight to senior stakeholders. You’ll own the marketing data infrastructure end to end, and turn reliable data into the kind of insight that shapes global marketing strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Managing and optimising marketing tracking across digital channels including web, email, paid, organic, and social
  • Owning Google Tag Manager containers — configuration, QA, and deployment in partnership with Digital Experience and Marketing Operations
  • Maintaining data accuracy and consistency across GA4, HubSpot, and other marketing analytics platforms
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and recurring reports for global marketing stakeholders
  • Analysing campaign and channel performance to surface trends, opportunities, and efficiency gains
  • Partnering with Brand, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations teams to align on and track strategic KPIs
  • Leading data governance standards including tag naming conventions, tracking protocols, and documentation
  • Educating and upskilling colleagues so that insights are accessible and actionable across the business
  • Supporting marketing budget planning with ROI and attribution analysis

ABOUT YOU

  • 3+ years in a marketing analytics or digital data management role, ideally within a multi-country or cross-functional environment
  • Hands-on expertise with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including advanced event tracking and UTM governance
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot reporting, Looker Studio or similar BI tools, and data visualisation
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and measurement frameworks across SEO, SEM, display, social, and email
  • Comfortable translating complex data into clear, actionable insight for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience documenting processes that maintain data quality and integrity
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus, as is experience with GDPR, CCPA, and consent management
  • Organised, self-sufficient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
