The team is committed to combining product quality, reliability, and attentive customer service to help clients achieve durable and visually striking results.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Sales Manager will oversee and grow a portfolio of trade and project-based clients, including architects, designers, developers, contractors, and fabricators. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and site visits, and preparing quotations and proposals for marble and natural stone products. The role includes leading negotiations, closing deals, and coordinating closely with operations and logistics to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery. The Sales Manager will monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and support the company’s commercial goals. This position may also involve mentoring or coordinating a small sales team and representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations.Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally within building materials, stone, interiors, or construction-related industries.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting using CRM or similar tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships with architects, designers, developers, contractors, and fabricators.
  • Effective negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or product details clearly.
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in marble, natural stone, or high-end finishes, including applications in residential and commercial projects.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working on-site and visiting client locations, project sites, and showrooms as needed within the London Area and occasionally beyond.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with digital sales tools; experience with drawing review or basic plans is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
