French Speaking Sales Manager

London (Hybrid – 3 Days in Office)

£40,000–£50,000 + Commission

Full-time | B2B Sales & Commercial Growth

This is an opportunity to join an ambitious, fast-growing international business operating within the B2B events space. You’ll play a key role in driving commercial growth, building client relationships, and contributing to the continued success of a market-leading event portfolio within France.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing exhibition and sponsorship sales across a portfolio of B2B events

• Driving new business activity while developing existing client relationships

• Identifying commercial opportunities and building strategic sales pipelines

• Creating tailored proposals and presenting solutions to prospective clients

• Managing the sales cycle from prospecting through to close

• Working closely with leadership and internal teams to support wider commercial strategy

• Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity

• Maintaining accurate CRM reporting and sales forecasting

About you:

• Previous experience within B2B sales, events, exhibitions, or sponsorship

• Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Proven ability to work towards and exceed commercial targets

• Comfortable working within fast-paced, target-driven environments

• Organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially minded

• Confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships
