Frazer Jones is pleased to be recruiting for a People Systems Analyst (SAP SuccessFactors) to join a global Professional Services organisation. This is a well renowned business that has long been established globally. SAP SuccessFactors went live within the last 6 months, and this role has a strong, immediate focus on reporting, dashboards and people insights.

Ideal for someone who enjoys working with SuccessFactors reporting tools and has a keen interest in system configuration.

Reporting into the Senior HRIS Manager you’ll join a team of 2, completing a hands-on role with lots of development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Heavily report‑focused role initially – building and maintaining reports and dashboards in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Responding to reporting requests and providing meaningful people data and insights.
  • Day‑to‑day support and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Supporting configuration changes, testing and system enhancements.
  • Ensuring HR data accuracy, integrity and compliance.
  • Supporting HR users and stakeholders with system queries and reporting needs.

Skills & Experience

  • Hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors experience (essential).
  • Strong background in HR reporting and data analysis.
  • Advanced Excel / data manipulation skills.
  • HR systems / HRIS experience within a professional services environment desirable.
