About the House of Creed

Founded in 1760, The House of Creed has cultivated the art of fine craftsmanship across seven generations, shaping a distinctive vision of Haute Perfumery where British tailoring meets French savoir-faire. Guided by its Art of Millésime, the finest ingredients are hand-weighed and aged in its ateliers near the Château de Fontainebleau, France. Through these meticulous steps, the House preserves and reinvents its heritage of savoir-faire, crafting timeless fragrances as a seal of elegance.

At The House of Creed, we are continuing to elevate our global retail presence—and we’re looking for a Global Store Development Project Manager to help bring this vision to life.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, managing the execution of retail projects worldwide—from freestanding boutiques to travel retail locations and pop-ups.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the execution of global retail projects (openings, refurbishments, pop-ups)
  • Manage timelines, budgets and project plans with full visibility
  • Partner with internal teams (Design, Retail, Marketing, Finance, IT) to ensure alignment
  • Coordinate external suppliers, contractors and shopfitters
  • Use project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com) to track progress and performance
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all markets

Who You Are

  • Experienced in store development or retail project management (luxury/beauty is a plus)
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A strong collaborator, comfortable working across teams and regions
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on execution excellence
  • Confident managing vendors, timelines and budgets
  • Proficient in Excel and project management tools – the ability to use AutoCad, SketchUp or Vectorworks would be beneficial but not essential.

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a growing global retail transformation
  • Work across diverse markets and store formats
  • A high-impact role with strong visibility and ownership
