An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing London law firm.
This role offers the chance to become part of a thriving property team within a firm renowned for its supportive culture, excellent client relationships, and commitment to professional development.
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, refinancing, and lease work. Advise a diverse client base including investors, developers, landlords, and private individuals. Play a key role in business development, networking, and helping to further expand an established North London property practice. Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to the continued success of a collaborative and ambitious department.
Ideally you will have 5+ years’ PQE in Residential Property, Strong technical expertise and excellent client care skills, Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues, be commercial aware and have a proactive approach to business development, a desire to be part of a modern, forward-thinking firm with genuine career progression opportunities
