Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications and services.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver successful outcomes.
- Participate in code reviews and promote software engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Support the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Mentor and support junior developers where appropriate.
- Ensure software solutions meet performance, security, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar technical role.
- Strong software development and problem-solving skills.
- Experience designing and building scalable software applications.
- Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Strong understanding of version control systems and collaborative development processes.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working across the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience working on large-scale, business-critical, or enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and modern development practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.
- Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience.
