Head of Inclusion & Safeguarding (SEND)

Veritas Education Recruitment is seeking a Head of Inclusion to join the Senior Leadership Team in Hillingdon. This role involves leading inclusion practices for young people aged 16-25 with SEND, overseeing safeguarding, and ensuring outstanding learner support.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in SEND and further education, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies. The position offers a permanent, full-time contract with a salary ranging from £47,500 to £53,000 per annum.
