Responsibilities

  • As an electrical architecture project coordinator, in this role, no two tasks are the same.

  • Here’s a summary of the key responsibilities:
  • Support delivery of programme against overall timing plan
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and objective technical status reports in programme management meetings and senior programme gateway reviews
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and objective technical status reports in programme/launch management meetings and senior programme gateway reviews
  • Identify and engage in continuous improvement & standardisation activities with focus specifically on Programme risks and mitigations
  • Support and coordinate structured problem solving across cross-functional teams in preventing and resolving programme issues
  • Manage a governance to drive and resolve key risks across the programme, engaging cross functionally with senior stakeholders

  • Demonstrable experience of process improvement and working in a project support role

Education

  • Degree qualification preferable, ideally in software and systems engineering.
