THE ROLE
A Commercial Property Solicitor with 5pqe+ is sought to join a growing and highly regarded team.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of high-quality commercial property matters while playing a key role in supporting the continued growth and success of the department.

Key Responsibilities
The role will include (but not be limited to):
* Acting on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including:
Hit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first.o Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property (freehold and leasehold)o Acting for developers on site acquisitions, development schemes, and onward disposalso Commercial leasing (landlord and tenant), including agreements for leaseo Real estate finance and secured lending transactions, acting for lenders and borrowerso Investment property matters for portfolio clients* Managing files from instruction to completion with a high degree of autonomy* Providing clear, commercial, and solution-focused advice to clients* Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders, and other professional advisers* Supporting Partners on complex, high-value or time-sensitive transactions as required* Maintaining excellent client xwzovoh service standards and building long-term client relationships* Contributing to business development initiatives and the wider growth of the department* Ensuring compliance with SRA, AML, and internal regulatory requirements
Ideally you will have experience acting on higher-value or complex development and finance transactions, and exposure to lender-side real estate finance work
