Van Driver – Warehouse Operative

Overview

Great opportunity for a Van Driver / Warehouse Operative based in St Philips, Bristol. Hiregiant offers a permanent role delivering across the Southwest.

Responsibilities

A typical day starts with picking orders and loading the van. You will then drive a route delivering to regular customers, usually completing 5 to 10 drops each day.

The schedule starts at 7 am, with a typical day lasting 8 to 9 hours, Monday to Friday.

The role may involve heavy lifting and requires a good level of customer service.

Hours and Pay

Working Monday to Friday, starting at 7 am and usually finished by 15:30.

Pay: £13 per hour, paid weekly every Friday.

Requirements

• Previous van driving experience




• Full UK Category B driving licence




• Good level of customer service




• Safety boots and high‑visibility clothing




• Satnav or phone with access to Google Maps or similar




• Understanding of health and safety




• Ability to complete heavy lifting when required
