Job Responsibilities

• Staff kitchen with seating area
• Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting clients and ensuring a welcoming experience
• Perform high-quality nail treatments including BIAB, gel nails, pedicures, and extensions
• Deliver precise nail prep, shaping, and finishing
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation
• Stay up to date with the latest nail trends and techniques
• Assist with content creation (social media, photos, videos of work)
• Willingness to assist with general salon cleanliness
• Ability to handle client enquiries and feedback professionally, maintaining the salon’s 5 reputation

Qualifications

• Provide examples of your work or a link to your portfolio for assessment.
• Fully qualified Nail Technician with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in the beauty industry.
• Skilled in BIAB, gel manicures, pedicures, and nail extensions.
• Able to perform Russian manicures.
• Confident in nail prep, cuticle work, shaping, and finishing to a high standard.
• Nail art skills are highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to engage with clients, understand their preferences, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and retain a loyal client base.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a proactive approach to client care.
• High standards of hygiene, grooming, and presentation.
