About the Role
As a Spa Receptionist, you will curate a seamless and intuitive guest journey from enquiry through departure, ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance and serenity of our brand. This key role requires a polished, guest‑focused professional with a passion for luxury wellness, refined service, and the art of creating memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional arrival experience, greeting guests with warmth, poise, and a personalised approach
- Manage spa reservations, including scheduling, confirmations and guest communications
- Guide guests through their spa journey, offering knowledgeable recommendations on treatments and retail offerings
- Coordinate with Spa Therapists and wider hotel teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle payments and transactions with accuracy, discretion and professionalism
- Maintain immaculate presentation of the spa reception and retail areas
- Support daily spa operations, ensuring a calm, organised and anticipatory environment
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy, confidence and a solution‑focused mindset
- Uphold brand standards, rituals and luxury service excellence
- Promote a safe, compliant and well‑maintained working environment
- Take a hands‑on approach to operational duties, ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint
Qualifications & Core Competencies
- Experience in luxury hospitality, spa reception, or guest‑facing service
- Natural ability to deliver personalised, anticipatory guest care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, confident presence
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Calm, composed approach in high‑pressure or fast‑paced situations
- Collaborative spirit, working seamlessly with multiple departments
