Responsibilities
- Leading the kitchen during service.
- Ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards.
- Managing stock rotation, deliveries, and wastage control.
- Supporting the training and development of kitchen team members.
- Working closely with management to ensure smooth day‑to‑day kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Team Leader, Senior Chef, or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP procedures, stock control, and kitchen compliance.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English.
