Your new role
As a General Operator, you will play a key role in the production process, supporting the fabrication and assembly of high-quality products. You will be responsible for operating power tools and machinery while maintaining high standards of quality and duties include:
- Operating power tools and workshop equipment
- Assisting with fabrication and assembly processes
- Following instructions and production schedules
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working both independently and collaboratively within a team
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have experience using power tools and equipment (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Be able to take direction and follow instructions accurately
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Be capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Show a proactive and reliable approach to work
- GCSEs (or equivalent) are desirable
