Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Lead to join a growing manufacturing business operating within a fast-paced production environment.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong Lean manufacturing background who enjoys improving processes, driving efficiencies, and working closely with operational teams to deliver measurable improvements across the factory.
You’ll play a key role in helping the site improve performance across productivity, waste reduction, quality, downtime, and overall operational efficiency.
The Role – Continuous Improvement Lea
- dLead continuous improvement activities across manufacturing operation
- sDrive Lean manufacturing and operational excellence initiative
- sIdentify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and increase efficienc
- ySupport Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activitie
- sMonitor and improve KPIs including OEE, downtime, scrap, and process performanc
- eWork cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain team
- sSupport implementation and optimisation of new equipment and operational project
- sCoach and support teams in CI tools and best practic
- eDevelop reporting and performance tracking to support operational decision makin
- gHelp build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational disciplin
