Sales Executive (Field-Based)

£35,000 basic + realistic £8,000–£12,000 OTE (uncapped)

About the opportunity

We’re working with a growing logistics provider supporting SMEs across the UK with transport, distribution, and supply chain solutions that help businesses operate more efficiently and scale. As a Sales Executive, you’ll focus on generating and qualifying new business opportunities while also attending client meetings in the field.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone commercially minded, target-driven, and motivated by progression. You’ll receive full training, strong onboarding, and a clear route into senior sales and account management roles.

What you’ll be doing

• Proactively generating new business opportunities through calls, emails, and outreach activity

• Qualifying leads and identifying client needs before progressing opportunities

• Attending face-to-face meetings with prospective clients when required

• Building strong relationships with SME decision-makers

• Presenting tailored logistics solutions including transport, warehousing, and distribution

• Managing your own pipeline and working towards achievable revenue targets

• Collaborating with internal teams to maximise conversions and client success

What we’re looking for

• A confident communicator with a natural ability to influence and build rapport

• Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment

• Resilient, self-motivated, and eager to develop professionally

• Commercial awareness and interest in logistics or business services

Full UK driving licence (essential – field-based role)

• Previous sales experience is helpful but not essential
