£27,000 base + realistic £6,000–£10,000 OTE (uncapped commission)

We’re looking for ambitious individuals to join a high-growth business services provider as an Account Growth Executive. Working with SMEs across the UK, you’ll focus on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping clients get more value from the services they use.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants a blend of account management and sales, with clear targets, earning potential, and a defined path into senior commercial roles.

Industry focus

You’ll work with SMEs across a wide range of industries, supporting them with essential business solutions designed to improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and support growth. Your role will centre on identifying where clients can benefit from additional services and helping them scale effectively.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a portfolio of existing clients and strengthening long-term relationships
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services
  • Understanding client needs and recommending tailored solutions
  • Acting as a key commercial contact for your accounts
  • Collaborating with sales teams to maximise revenue opportunities
  • Working towards growth targets with commission from day one
