We are seeking a veterinarian ready to lead and grow a modern practice in Lincolnshire. The clinic features five consulting rooms, separate dog and cat wards, and state‑of‑the‑art operating theatres equipped with ECG, orthopaedic equipment, digital/dental X‑ray, and ultrasound. A dedicated night team at a nearby 24‑hour hospital provides advanced imaging, surgery, and ongoing case support.
Who We’re Looking For
We look for a vet with vision—someone ready to take the reins, lead a team, and build something special. You will be committed to exceptional patient care and creating a great experience for clients while growing and developing the clinic and team. Leadership or business experience is a bonus but not essential; we value drive, ambition, and the ability to work with a support network.
