Senior Architect – Building Regulation Principal Designer

A long established Kent based consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Architect with experience in the Building Regulation Principal Design role. The position involves working across a wide scope of projects including Education, Ecclesiastical, Commercial, Heritage and Retail.

Overview

The successful candidate will work from a social office alongside a team of experienced Designers and Consultants, ensuring Building Regulation compliance throughout all design stages.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Building Regulation compliance across all design stages
• Collaborate with designers and consultants on project delivery
• Support and guide team members on regulatory matters

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience post ARB registration
• ARB, MCIAT, RIBA, MCABE or MCIOB membership required
• Proficiency in ensuring Building Regulation compliance within designs
