Solutions Architect – Enterprise Systems South West / Hybrid

We’re partnering with a forward‑thinking organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, looking to hire a Solutions Architect to join a growing tech team. This role will focus on designing, integrating, and optimising core business systems, driving automation, and introducing AI‑led improvements across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable solutions across enterprise systems.
• Build integrations and automation using Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure, Power Platform).
• Develop bespoke applications (C#, SQL, Python, JavaScript).
• Identify and implement AI‑driven improvements to business processes.
• Enhance system performance, data quality, and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non‑technical teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, M365).
• Proven track record delivering integrations, automation, and custom solutions.
• Experience working with enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, practice management systems).
• Exposure to AI / LLM tools and practical use cases.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts.
• Experience in professional services environments is a bonus.
