We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our small, high-impact engineering team.

You’ll play a key role in designing and building modern banking applications, contributing to architecture decisions, and helping shape the future of our technology as we scale.

What you’ll do

• Develop microservices and APIs to support our fintech platform
• Design and maintain cloud-based services on Microsoft Azure
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and business teams
• Take ownership of system architecture, performance, and security best practices
• Contribute to innovation, technical direction, and continuous improvement
• Mentor team members and share knowledge to drive technical excellence

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years’ experience in software engineering (ideally fintech or banking)
• Experience with microservices, APIs, and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, start-up environment
• Passion for building secure, scalable, customer-focused technology
