Location: Dartford, Kent – Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Are you ready to take ownership of a finance function and help drive a business through its next stage of growth?

This building materials / construction supply company has a current turnover of around £20m and ambitious plans to double in size within the next three years. They are seeking a Head of Finance to lead financial strategy, shape operations, and partner closely with the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and modelling
• Provide commercial insight to support strategic decisions
• Optimise cash flow, working capital and cost control to fuel growth
• Build and lead a finance team that can scale with the business
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors and other external stakeholders
