Head of Risk Framework & Governance

Polo is seeking a Head of Risk Framework to lead risk management in London. You will report to the Director of Risk & Governance and lead a team while owning the risk management framework aligned with regulatory expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess senior-level experience in enterprise risk management, deep knowledge of ORSA processes, and strong analytical skills. This role includes strategic thinking and managing stakeholder relationships in a hybrid working environment.
