Director of Learning, Education & Community Access

Birmingham Hippodrome is seeking a full-time Head of Learning & Participation to lead educational and community programs. The successful candidate will manage a dynamic team and contribute to the strategic development of outreach initiatives aimed at young creatives and schools.

This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with responsibilities that include managing Education Managers and ensuring impactful delivery of programs. Working on a hybrid basis, the position may require some evenings and weekends.
