Coach Development Lead for Academy Excellence

The EFL is seeking a Head of Coach Development to lead and manage the academy coaching staff at Portsmouth FC Training Ground. This full-time position involves developing a culture of curiosity and supporting both coaches and players across all phases of development.

Ideal candidates should possess strong people management skills, a UEFA ‘A’ licence, and comprehensive experience in coaching players aged 8-18 years. This role is critical for overseeing the implementation of an innovative CPD programme to enhance the quality of coaching at the academy.
