Warehouse Manager (Mandarin and or Cantonese Speaking, £54K, Retail, Portsmouth)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Manager role in a retail company based in the UK. The fast‑expanding business supplies popular Taiwanese bubble teas.

The warehouse manager will uphold safety standards, ensuring goods are shipped out and delivered quickly and safely. They will be the primary point of contact for a critical step in the supply chain process.

• Strong organisational and leadership abilities; adept at scheduling daily activities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Proactive, “can do” attitude.
• Solid decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
• Reliability in attendance and timeliness.
• Capacity to implement and carry out improvement initiatives.
• Proficient with computers and warehouse management software, Microsoft, Google Drive, and Zoom.
• Prior managerial experience and familiarity with typical warehousing procedures.
• Basic lift‑truck training certificate.
• Knowledge of warehousing practices and regulations.
• Basic mathematics skills.
• Willingness to work additional hours if needed.
• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
• Warehouse experience, including managing warehouse staff, operations, and a warehouse management system.
