We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a prestigious high‑end residential project based in Marlborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and professional individual looking to secure a long‑term role with a reputable company working on luxury residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing day‑to‑day site operations
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to programme
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site
• Ensuring quality control across all trades and finishes
• Coordinating deliveries, materials, and site logistics
• Reporting progress to senior management and clients
• Ensuring projects are delivered to a high‑end finish and client expectation

Requirements

• Proven experience managing high‑end residential projects
• Valid SMSTS certificate
• Valid First Aid at Work certificate
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage programmes and maintain quality standards
• Stable work history and professional approach
