Mechanical Site Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all mechanical site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide site operations
• Maintain effective communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues promptly
• Prepare and submit site reports and documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or similar role in mechanical services or construction
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and site compliance
• Proficiency with site management tools and software
• Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering, construction management, or related fields
