Children’s Home Regional Manager / Responsible Individual

Location: Manchester (all homes located in Manchester and Greater Manchester)

Salary: Up to £95,000 (includes salary and bonuses)

Job Responsibilities

• Line manage each home’s Registered Manager for six children’s residential care homes.
• Work with Registered Managers to ensure safe and effective management of each home, ensuring all homes meet company and OFSTED standards.
• Lead on senior management recruitment.
• Work alongside the Senior Management Team and HR department in staff management.
• Maintain autonomy to manage own diary.

Contract Details

• Full‑time, permanent contract.
• Salary up to £75,000 plus up to £20,000 in bonuses.
• Loyalty programme available to all management staff members.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management.
• 2+ years experience as a Responsible Individual.
• Driving licence.
