Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Department to lead their Private Client team and oversee the department’s growth of this well-established law firm. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage an established Private Client Team
• Handle a variety of complex cases, as well as estate administration matters
• Maintain the firm’s profile through business development, networking and marketing activities
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service

Requirements

• Significant experience managing a wide-ranging private client caseload
• Strong leadership capabilities to supervise fee earners within the team.
• Analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to use initiative and sound judgement
