We have an opportunity for a General Manager / Operations Director to oversee a large Highway Maintenance & Road Construction contractor.

Candidates must have proven senior management experience in the highway maintenance, surfacing or road construction sectors, with particular exposure to budgeting, business planning, P&L and delivering growth.

A successful track record of successful UK civil engineering / highway contracting business leadership is essential.
