Senior Planner — Development Management (Fast-Paced)

Imperium Resourcing is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join a busy Local Authority Development Management team in Halesowen. In this role, you will manage a varied caseload of planning applications, provide professional advice, negotiate with stakeholders, and prepare comprehensive reports.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Town Planning, be a full member of RTPI or RICS, and have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
