Finance Business Partner

Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in Basingstoke + occasional European travel

Sector: SaaS / Technology

A high-growth, Private Equity–backed SaaS business is looking to hire an FP&A Business Partner to support its Software/Product function and wider group initiatives.

This is a commercially focused role, offering strong exposure to senior stakeholders, data-led decision making, and strategic planning in a scaling, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner senior stakeholders across Software/Product and group functions
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycles
• Build and develop SaaS-focused KPIs and performance metrics
• Deliver insight-led analysis using large, complex datasets
• Support reporting for Exec, Board and investors
• Contribute to strategic projects and investment cases
• Collaborate with wider finance teams to improve reporting and data quality

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Confident working with large datasets to drive insight
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing ability
• Proactive, organised and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• SaaS or Private Equity exposure beneficial
